Terms of Service

Agreement

These terms apply to your use of Feng Shui Bedroom Design at fengshuibedroomdesign.com (the "service"), operated by an independent developer ("we"). By using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

Feng Shui Bedroom Design is a bedroom layout planner. You draw your room and furniture, and the planner checks whether the furniture fits, how easy the room is to use, and how the layout compares with traditional feng shui placement guidelines. Core features are free. Some features require signing in with Google.

Feng shui and safety

Feng shui guidance on this site is based on traditional beliefs. It is offered for general information and interior-planning inspiration. It does not predict luck, health or fortune, and it is not professional advice on building, structural, electrical, fire safety, accessibility or health matters. Always put safety first: keep doors, walkways and exits clear, secure tall furniture, and consult a qualified professional where needed. You are responsible for any changes you make to your home.

AI assistant

The AI layout assistant turns your request into layout conditions. Its suggestions are checked by our planner but may still be imperfect or not meet every request; review any suggestion before acting on it.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Google account secure. Please tell us if you believe your account has been misused.

Full Edition purchases

The Full Edition is a one-time purchase (price shown on the Pricing page). It is not a subscription and does not renew.
It gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Full Edition features with the Google account you used to buy it, for as long as we offer the service.
Monthly usage limits may apply to features with running costs, such as the AI assistant (currently 100 conversations per month).
Payments are processed by Creem or, when that checkout is used, Waffo. Each acts as the merchant of record for its own payments and handles payment, tax and receipts. Both accept card payments.
Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase as described in our Refund Policy. A refund or chargeback removes Full Edition access.
We may change prices in the future. Price changes do not affect purchases already made.

Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the service: no attempts to break, overload or bypass its security or payment checks, no automated scraping, no reselling of Full Edition access, and no unlawful use.

Your content

Layouts you create remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them only as needed to provide the features you use (for example, cloud saves or the AI assistant).

Our content

The site, its software, text, illustrations and design belong to us or our licensors. You may print or save your own reports for personal use.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and accurate, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, improve or discontinue features. If we discontinue the Full Edition entirely, we will give notice on the site.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
