Who we are
Feng Shui Bedroom Design (fengshuibedroomdesign.com, "we") is a bedroom layout planner operated by an independent developer. This policy explains what information we handle when you use the site, and why.
What stays in your browser
You can use the planner without an account. Your room, furniture and layout are saved in your own browser (local storage) so they are there next time. The detailed report and the local layout suggestions are calculated in your browser too. We do not receive this data unless you choose to sign in and use a cloud feature described below.
Information we collect
If you sign in with Google
- Your name, email address and profile picture from Google, and a session cookie that keeps you signed in. We use these to run your account.
If you use cloud saves
- The layouts you choose to save to the cloud, stored on Cloudflare and linked to your account.
If you use the AI layout assistant (Full Edition)
- Your room layout and the messages you type are sent to our AI provider, DeepSeek, to interpret your request. The assistant shows this notice before you use it. Do not type personal information you do not want to share.
If you buy the Full Edition
- Payments are handled by our merchant of record: Creem, or Waffo when you pay through that checkout. The provider you pay with collects your payment details; we never see or store your card number. We receive an order record (order and checkout IDs, amount, currency, status and your email) so we can unlock the Full Edition and process refunds.
Analytics and technical data
- On fengshuibedroomdesign.com we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (for example, which pages are visited and whether a feature was opened). Google Analytics uses cookies and identifiers such as your IP address to recognise a browser and measure usage; Google processes this data under its own privacy policy.
- Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
Voluntary feedback
Feedback you voluntarily submit is stored with your account to improve the product. We contact you about your feedback by email only if you agree.
You can view, edit, or delete your submissions on the “My feedback” page. Deleted feedback is removed from our database.
How we use information
To provide and secure the planner and your account, unlock purchases and handle refunds, answer support requests, and improve the site. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
Service providers
We share information only with providers that help us run the site: Google (sign-in and analytics), Cloudflare (hosting, database and security), DeepSeek (AI assistant, only when you use it), and Creem and Waffo (payments). They process data under their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
Account and cloud-save data is kept while your account exists. Purchase records are kept as long as needed for accounting, tax and refund purposes. You can clear the data stored in your browser at any time through your browser settings.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your account data, or delete your cloud saves, by emailing us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law; contact us and we will help.
Children
The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. Significant changes will be noted on this page.
