The Feng Shui Bedroom Design Full Edition is a one-time purchase of USD 9.90. If it is not right for you, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked.
How to request a refund
- Email support@fengshuibedroomdesign.com within 7 days of your purchase.
- Include the email address you used to pay and, if you have it, the order number from your receipt.
We aim to reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by the payment partner you paid through (Creem or Waffo). Your bank may take several more days to show the refund.
What happens after a refund
When the refund is processed, Full Edition features are removed from your account. Your free features stay available, and your saved layouts are not deleted: you can still open, load and delete them.
After 7 days
Requests made more than 7 days after purchase are not normally refunded. If something is technically broken and we cannot fix it, contact us anyway and we will look at it case by case.
Duplicate payments
If you were charged twice for the Full Edition by mistake, we refund the duplicate payment in full, regardless of when you contact us.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. A chargeback also removes Full Edition access from your account.
Payments
Payments are processed by Creem or Waffo, depending on the checkout you used. Each acts as the merchant of record for the Full Edition payments it takes and handles payment, tax and receipts. We never see or store your card details.
